To notify us of your return and to receive a return authorization, please email us at and provide the email address used to place your order, the reason for your return, as well as your order number. It must be in its original packaging, including all exterior shrink wrap (if applicable), and have no visible signs of wear or use. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition it was received in. The Puzzle Nerds will accept return requests within 30 days of customer receipt of product. These items are marked as such in the item description. ** We are unfortunately not able to ship any of our large or oversized items to the United States.
Please ensure all your shipping information is accurate. We do not issue refunds for any packages that are returned to us from a carrier due to being undeliverable to a U.S. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Orders outside of Canada may be subject to taxes and import charges. The shipping charge to all valid addresses in the contiguous United States is a flat rate fee of $20.00 CAD.
